As a senior consultant psychiatrist, Dr. Leong is both a practitioner and thought leader in community mental health. He serves on the boards of several major mental health organizations in Singapore, guiding policy and advocacy efforts.
Dr. Leong was appointed Assistant Professor at Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine, where he provides mental health support to medical students and oversees their wellbeing. He has consulted with major institutions like the Singapore Civil Defence Force and Singapore Armed Forces to advise on mental health policies and destigmatize seeking help.

Ms Fong Yin Kuan

Yin Kuan is a highly experienced Training Consultant with a diverse professional background and is always learning and seeking new ways to grow and enable others to grow. With experience in customising Effective Communication Skills and English Language courses for companies with foreign staff, she has a proven track record of high-quality training, curriculum design and development.
Prior to her role as a Training Consultant, Yin Kuan served as an educator with the Ministry of Education of Singapore for over 12 years. One of her key roles was spearheading innovative ICT strategies in impacting students’ learning and also leading teacher learning workshops in her years in civil service. In addition, Yin Kuan had won a distinction in local Professional Development Award and overseas Microsoft Worldwide Innovative Teachers Forum.
